  • Retired from the USAF and facing divorce, I searched for a lawyer who understands the military and its retirement benefits. Thankfully I found Anthony C. Williams in Stafford, Virginia. Wanting to throw in the towel and move on with my life, Mr. Williams encouraged me to stay the course through 2 unsuccessful mediation attempts and the final court appearance spanning more than a year. The outcome could not have been better! Expecting much worse than the numerous offers tendered, Mr. Williams aggressively defended me and my assets against baseless claims. Thanks to Mr. Williams and his professional staff, I can put this chapter of my life behind me, and start living a more fulfilling life!

  • I want to take the time to express how amazing Mr. Williams and staff are! I have retained Mr. Williams's services for a good ~3 years as my ex husband loves wasting money on court battles. I have always been extremely confident with Mr. Williams and his staff to fully represent me and fight for me. They are kind and friendly, knowledgable and in tune with the judges. Mr. Williams provides honest feedback and works diligently. My cases involved family law mainly custody and support issues but I have also referred friends to him who have also won their cases! I can not express more how wonderful and privileged I was to find him and be able to retain him. I would t be where I am today if it was t for him!!

  • I have used Mr. Williams for two separate legal matters. The first was a corporate law concern that I had while President of a local not for profit swim club. His expertise in VA codes and corporate law was impeccable. He saved a swim club that had been in existence since 1962 from going under. His knowledge of this type of club and his expertise in corporate law really aided us in our quest to find a fair and equitable answer to our issues. He was able to instruct the board how to properly word and enforce the bylaws of this club. The second incident involved a deed that was falsely filed in mine and my husband's name. The county was ready to take our land under the eminent domain clause when we hired Mr. Williams. His ability to communicate our concerns to the County and his knowledge of the area and its terrain actually saved the tax payers of this county quite a bit of money. He was able to have meeting with the engineers of VDOT which proved what we were saying was correct. The land that they had proposed to take in order to bring our road into the system would have cost taxpayers much more money than the final solution that was found. My husband and I really appreciate the personal touch he took with our case. He was open to any questions or remarks we had to make on this issue. The most important thing I believe, that made us be able to keep our land was his ability to convey the truth and to maintain a calm persona when others around him (myself included) were getting hot around the collar. Thank you Mr. Williams for your fine legal mind!! I would hope that all attorneys would be as fair minded and honest as you were.

  • Eric Stone is one of the most knowledgeable professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Upon speaking with Eric for the very first time, it was obvious that he is not only incredible capable, but is extremely passionate about helping those in need. There is not a doubt in my mind that Eric will keep clear and open communication with each one of his many clients as he did with me.

  • Eric Stone is the lawyer you need to hire in Stafford. Whatever your legal issue is, he will break it down and help you understand clearly what you can expect. Mr. Stone is incredibly accurate in predicting what the outcome will be in any case. He was able to tell me exactly which charges would be dismissed and where we should focus on gaining the best outcome. It was clear to me that he has a great relationship with the Stafford county court system and will argue on your behalf to make sure that you don't get a bad deal.

  • We found Elizabeth through my company's EAP and I knew from the moment I sat in the free consultation that she was the right lawyer for us. She listens to everything you had to say and is so honest about the situation. Every time we called or sent an email she would respond within a day and always was able to answer our questions. Our previous lawyer took a week to respond and half the time didn't even answer the question that was asked. I would recommend Elizabeth and the entire Anthony C. William's lawyers to anyone. The office staff is fantastic. Every time we call they are so polite and try to help the best they can.
  • Truly a honorable person foremost and an exceptional attorney. On the first initial consolation through the phone Mr. Stone ensured me that everything was going to be fine, he briefly explained to me about my situation and how the courts would handle it, talking to him gave me a great sense of relief. The day i walked in to the office's of Eric Stone i was greeted and spoke to Nathanael Buczek, he was very informative and told me the possibilities of my case and informed me what i needed to do, Nathanael is a very well spoken attorney. Along the way as the days came closer to my trial date Mr. Stone, Nathanael and the Staff members kept me informed, calling and emailing me updates. I Cannot stress enough how professional and courteous they are, walking me step by step on how things would go and what i should do. The day of reckoning arrived, charged with reckless driving by speed 103/65, i had a fair clue on what was going to occur given all the consultation, it would be a combination of jail time, suspended license up to 12 months, and a hefty fine. As we stood before the honorable judge, the prosecution urged before the judge that i should be incarcerated for reckless driving for the excessive speed of 103 mph in a 65 mph zone. The outcome of my case was absolutely outstanding, more than what i even hoped for nevertheless even what i expected, my mindset walking into the courtroom that day was that i'd be going to jail for a week or so. The judge's sentence was 10 days of suspended jail time, 30 days suspended license and a fine. Without a doubt, if it were not for Nathanael's remarkable ability to build upon my case and argue on my behalf, i certainly would of been sentence to jail. I would like to thank Mr. Stone and Mr. Buczek, truly exceptional attorneys at law and i highly recommend them to anyone who is need of help.
