Rachel Bauer has been practicing law in Virginia since 2011. Early in her career, she handled a wide-variety of legal matters, allowing her to fine-tune her advocacy skills both in and out of the courtroom. Ms. Bauer strives to ensure that her clients understand all the issues and possible outcomes they are facing and zealously advocate for their best possible outcome.
She is a 2005 graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she majored in Criminal Justice and went on to graduate in the top third of her class from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2010.
Ms. Bauer is also a Captain in the Army Reserve Judge Advocate General Corps, currently assigned to Trial Defense Services. Her experience as a JAG officer has provided an opportunity to serve the United State of America and further expand her legal abilities.
Since joining William Stone Carpenter Buczek, Ms. Bauer’s focus is on Real Estate Law and Estate Planning while continuing to assist with Family Law matters.
Ms. Bauer is a member of the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association and the Military Spouse Juris Doctorate Network.
